Utilisation

Very flacky need some more pigmentation
Gorgeous colour
This pencil is a gorgeous colour but you do need to warm it up before using to get the best pay off on eyelids. I can't see the full duochrome payoff shown on the product page, but it's a fine pencil and I'm not using it on large areas which might show this off more clearly.

If you are after a creamy, easy to apply, gorgeous metallic pencil you are looking at the wrong product. For the price I paid this was extremely disappointing because I at least thought that the formula would be good. I had heard great things about this brand and now i’m torn on whether I should even try their products in the future. This product was dry and almost chalky, I had to pull against my skin with the pencil to have some pigment come out. Then once I’m finally done with it I look at the finished eye look and am disappointed because it’s got zero metallic sheen. Plus you need to get really close up to realise it’s purple and not black. I’m so glad i didn’t buy the $117 set of three because wow. Go find something better in your nearest drugstore for $7 and it’ll deliver everything this couldn’t and more. That being said, it is long lasting and smudge proof once you actually get it on your face. Lasted 11 hours of bars and clubs and profusely sweating (just like most eye products don’t get me wrong). That’s why it gets 2 stars.
