best eyeliner ever
It’s so pigmented and it goes on so well it’s not dry or to wet like some liquid eyeliners. It’s stays on all day even tho it’s a bit of a pain to get off but it’s my favourite eyeliner ever especially for the big eyeliner i do it’s perfect for that
