Not what I expected
It is shiny and pretty but it doesn't work as an eyeshadow at all, maybe it did not claim to - it doesn't stick on a glitter glue primer or if applied wet. The only way I can use it now is as a highlighter or a body glitter - just rubbing it into the skin with my fingers. The texture is pretty powdery and dry, and there are separate glitter particles with a strong white base. I'm unsure.
