Comb through the lashes using zig-zag motions.

Double Wear Infinite Waterproof Eyeliner:

Apply directly to lash lines for the ultimate precision.
Apply to lower waterlines/inner rims by pressing the pencil gently against lower waterlines and working across with short, soft strokes until you achieve your desired intensity.
Apply to upper waterlines by gently lifting lids for easier access, then glide pencil along upper waterlines.
