The Ordinary  Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG

Used it only a couple of times so don’t know if it’s work properly or not yet. But the price is low so I don’t see why not trying it!

Seriously helps with dark circles. I recommend, especially for people with babies

it worked just fine under my eyes and brightened them, i also used it as a scalp treatment since i heard that caffeine increases hair growth. it hasn’t been long enough to notice tho.

I only have been using this for a week, but every time i use it literally brightens my eye bags. I have it partly genetic and partly pigmentation and you can tell it helps with the pigmentation. Great product.
