Developed for the professional makeup artist, the Foundation Thinner CPF is must-have essential when dealing with cream colours. The unique liquid has been innovatively created to loosen and restore dried out shades, giving them a new lease of life, as well as delivering customisable finishes.

Ingredients

Isopropyl Myristate, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil

Directions

Simply drop some thinner into the shades that need thinning and mix together.
Continue to use on your face as normal.
