Made using the highest grade pearls, OFRA's Highlighter Rodeo Drive is a versatile, super-soft, golden highlighter with an amazing pigment pay off. Mimicking the rays of light carved in to the product, it creates a sun-kissed iridescent sheen when applied to the high points of the face.

Mica, Zinc Stearate, Starch Octenylsuccinate, Dimethicone, Silica, Nylon 12, Magnesium Silicate, Trimethysiloxysilicate, Ethylene/Acrylic Acid Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol (and) Ethylhexyglycerin. May contain (+/-): Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides, Bismuth Oxychloride.
