Ingredients

100% organic, cold-pressed black seed oil (Nigella Sativa)

Directions

Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) on its own or mix with a drink or water.
You can also add to smoothies, dips or salad dressings.
This cold-pressed oil should not be heated to ensure that none of the nutrients are destroyed.
