Brow Block: Aqua(Water), Ceteareth-30, Distarch Phosphate, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate, Propanediol, Amp-Acrylates/Allyl Methacrylate Copolymer, Glycerin, Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin
Directions
- Step 1. Fluff, shape or laminate brows using Brow Seal.
- Step 2. If blocking brows, after laminating brows with Brow Seal, follow with Brow Block to create a seamless base for concealing the appearance of brows.
- Step 3. Once dried, apply a full-coverage concealer.
- Step 4. Once concealed, set with a powder of your choice. Repeat steps 3 & 4 until you reach desired coverage.
- Step 5. Redraw an entirely new brow shape and enjoy brow freedom.
