Beauty Works AERIS® Hair Dryer Diffuser
Although I purchased the difuser of the same name as my dryer it’s not compatible. So I emailed customer service and they told me as it’s not faulty and I’ve now opened it they are refusing to take it back

Beauty Works AERIS® Hair Dryer Diffuser
Prongs are short, doesn’t really cool off the air stream. Even lowest setting feels too hot, you have to keep the diffuser further from the hair.
