Directions
- Using the spoolie, brush brows up to show any sparse areas and comb hairs into place.
- Fill in brows with hair-like strokes using eyebrow pencil.
- Start at the inner corner of brows to lightly define this area, moving into the arch of brows to add more pigment and thickness.
- Use the spoolie again to blend colour into brow hairs for all-day, strong hold.
