Senior Marketing Executive – Influencer Outreach

The Role

Reporting to the Influencer and PR Manager, this exciting new role will form part of the Influencer Outreach team and will be a pivotal in increasing global brand awareness for the BEAUTY BAY brand.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation of the global influencer strategy for the BEAUTY BAY brand
  • Identify, outreach, and engage with key social media influencers to increase brand awareness, social engagement and traffic to the website
  • Lead a micro influencer project that builds and engages a community of emerging talent through content collaborations, events, and long form content
  • Monthly reporting of influencer channel performance with actionable insights
  • Exhibit strong cross channel communications to ensure relevant channels are aligned with the Influencer department
  • Identify opportunities to aid expansion of influencer programme internationally across BEAUTY BAY’s core territories
  • ­Campaign management tasks such as maintaining a database of influencers, populating a gifting log, liaising with operational staff, and ensuring the accounts process is followed
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the influencer and brand team both internally and externally
  • Ability to work effectively to deadlines, thriving on change in a fast-paced environment

  • A commercial mind-set with a strong understanding of the importance of influencer marketing
  • Ability and ambition to develop and maintain strong working relationships with influencers, colleagues and agencies
  • Will feel confident in using their initiative
  • Minimum 3 years industry experience
