Senior Executive – PPC/ Paid Search & Shopping

The Role

Due to continuous growth and importance in international markets, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced International Paid Search and Shopping Senior Marketing Executive to join the Beauty Bay team.

This role will manage the current international Google Paid Search and Shopping strategy and develop the channels to increase day to day efficiency and expansion to further markets

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Support the Team Manager and the wider team in the creation, production and deployment of all marketing activity across paid search and shopping
  • Work with the Team Manager to develop new approaches, measurement techniques and tactics to continually improve campaign performance
  • Take ownership of the reporting on search and shopping activity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with supporting commentary
  • Develop testing plans across paid search and shopping, updating with key learnings and further testing initiatives
  • Plan for and execute the management of search and shopping campaigns including new brand campaign builds and supporting the marketing calendar
  • Liaise with the wider business; notifying buying and merchandising teams of search trends and competitor insight. Also, ensuring strategy reflects wider business branding objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proposing necessary 3rd party platforms
  • Be accountable for paid search and shopping budgets and the efficient use of these across your area of responsibility
  • Consider the contribution of paid search and shopping towards the wider marketing budget
  • Support the recruitment, mentoring and development of executives, assistants and interns as the paid search and shopping team expands

 Person Specification

  • Experience working in Retail would be an advantage
  • Hands on experience of using bid management tools and web analytics platforms
  • 3+ years’ experience in Paid Search and Shopping
  • Proven success in working to revenue growth and ROAS targets
  • A pro-active team player with excellent communication skills
  • A passion for data and consumer behaviour
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience
