Personal Assistant

The Role

This role provides support to one of our CEO’s, and at times the Executive Team, ensuring that they can make the most of their knowledge and skills to assist with their demanding and busy schedules. The role will be 50% personal and 50% business.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Extensive PA support
  • Organise key meetings and take minutes where required
  • Ad hoc project support
  • Create reports
  • Book meeting rooms / set up video conference facility as required
  • Acting as first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Responding to emails and liaising with various stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Travel – National & International trips, including flights, accommodation, trains, visas, etc – This includes both business and personal.
  • Assistance with personal matters for the CEO
  • Offering a highly confidential, flexible support function
  • Ad hoc support to extended family
  • Occasional out of hours supporting as and when required
  • Managing the CEO’s complex diary
  • Proactively dealing with issues for CEO
  • Reacting quickly to changing situations
  • Conducting research on CEO’s behalf
  • Preparing documents

 Requirements

  • Has worked in a PA capacity with experience of the above duties
  • Is highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Has experience of working in a confidential and professional capacity
  • Personable and approachable
  • Self-starter
  • Confident using Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work in an everchanging environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible approach to work
  • A calm and patient demeanour
