The Role


The Housekeeper is responsible for providing safe, efficient and well-maintained offices and facilities. This role will provide an important customer focused service, whether this is visitors or employees. You will be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all visitors and staff and act as a representative for BEAUTY BAY always.

This is a particularly busy role which requires many different skills to support its success.


Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Welcome and acknowledge all visitors according to company standards
  • Liaise with site management on office related activities
  • Assist colleagues with their visitor requirements
  • Monitor stock levels of stationery, cleaning products, refreshments etc and replenish as required
  • Ensure communal and meeting areas are clean and tidy
  • Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, emptying bins and any other cleaning that is required
  • Some physical exertion will be required
  • Report any maintenance problems and safety hazards as per company procedures
  • Be a champion of all company, safety and security policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees,
  • Other reasonable job duties as requested


Person Specification

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced office environment
  • A friendly, polite and confident demeanour
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A clean and professional appearance
