This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the development of a growing business. Managing the Product Development Managers and reporting directly to the CEOs, you will not only be responsible for making a significant commercial impact to the business, but also be expected to inspire and drive product development forward yourself. In this role you will manage our own label product roadmap from concept to completion. You will oversee research and development of new products, work on enhancements and redesigns of our existing ranges, and evaluate the potential and practicality of all projects in order to meet our customer needs and business objectives.
As Head of Product Development, you will be innovative and experienced, with an impressive background in product development, the beauty industry, and team management. You will work alongside creative, packaging, planning, and procurement teams to execute product that aligns with and builds the brand’s identify and vision. You will lead meetings, and provide updates on CPA, priorities, and deliverables by working in synergy with the wider business.
