Customer Insight Analyst

The Role

Due to continuous growth, both in the UK and internationally, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Customer Insight Analyst to join the Beauty Bay team.

You will:

  • Develop and maintain reporting, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve future performance
  • Use SAS to manipulate and analyse large datasets to gain in-depth customer understanding and actionable insights
  • Present findings to key stakeholders across the business
  • Support the Customer Team’s projects by providing data and insight to drive the decision-making process
  • Become an expert in Social Listening to answer key business questions and identify new trends and opportunities
  • Be a source for ideas and innovation of analytical methodologies
  • Proactively learn and develop your analytical skill set

Essential Skills:

  • Highly numerate, with the ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Experience in data manipulation using SPSS/R/SQL/SAS
  • Excel and Powerpoint skills to aid presentation of analysis
  • Understanding of descriptive statistics
