The Merchandising team drive and communicate Beauty Bay’s visual strategy. We are responsible for the look and feel of the site and for delivering a brand-appropriate visual proposition to the customer; we grow to see what our customers want and endeavour to give them the best experience possible by working closely with the Buying, Marketing and Design teams.
Strong industry and brand awareness is key in our role, as is communication. Regularly liaising with our brands, ensures we deliver to their expectations whilst staying true to the Beauty Bay identity.
From researching and building new site pages, managing weekly site activity and reviewing the customer journey to in-house face-to-face brand training with some of the industry’s key experts, no day is ever the same here in the VM department.
