This is where it all begins. The Account Management team look after the relationships with our ever-growing family of brands and suppliers, from indie start-ups run by influencers and entrepreneurs through to big-name, well-established brands.
The team are confident negotiators, skilled at spotting trends, identifying our customers needs, and reacting fast enough to ensure that our customers can be the first to experience ‘the next big thing’.
Responsible for sourcing exciting new brands, negotiating exclusive promotions, buying products to match trends, and briefing internal teams on marketing launches are just a few of the growing Account Management team’s key responsibilities.
